Privacy Policy

RoHop ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps Roblox players join servers based on ping, population, or preference. This policy explains what data the extension accesses, why, and where it goes.

What we collect

RoHop accesses the following data when installed and active:

• Current page URL — used to identify the Roblox game ID so the correct server list is fetched.
• A local device identifier — a randomly generated ID stored in your browser's local storage, used solely to deduplicate sync events.

How we use it

• Page URL data is used locally to fetch the correct server list from Roblox's public API.
• We do not sell this data to third parties.
• We do not use this data for advertising.
• We do not share this data with any analytics networks.

Data storage

Session data transmitted to our server is stored securely and associated with your randomly generated device identifier. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

Third parties

RoHop communicates only with:

• Roblox's official API (games.roblox.com) to fetch server lists
• RoHop's own sync server (rohop.eu) for session management features

No other third-party services receive your data.

Your rights

You can uninstall RoHop at any time from chrome://extensions. To request deletion of any stored data, email us at officialrohop@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last changed.
